Who we are
We are a student-led organization aiming to help teenagers that share the same struggle - planning for their future. It is a common uncertainty we have nowadays given the vague experience we have in the society. Having this in mind, we decided to lend help to those that are having doubts about their future by taking them on a self-discovery process where we provide resources for them.
Our Vision
Every teenager designs their own life plan!
Our Mission
Inspire teenagers from age 12 - 20 to go on a self-discovery journey and in the meantime plan out their future with our 3-hour workshop
Our Goal by 2025
Our goal by 2025 is to reach 10,000 teenagers.

Our Approach

We offer a 3-hour workshop where the content is based on the book "Designing Your Life" by Stanford University Professors - Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, which was created for adults. To make it suitable for teenagers, we have simplified and modified the original version of the book.
Our Core values
We help teenagers go on a self-discovery journey with this program, to let them understand more about themselves and catch a glimpse at what different professions or careers look like. This is nothing more than a self-discovery process that helps them identify what they really like and what it takes to pursue their dream career.
Our Impact
Join us and make an impact! Help yourself and others because we all understand the overwhelming struggles of the uncertainty of the future.
So far, we have received over 250 signups from 13 different places as shown in the map below! Our program is very diverse and inclusive, we welcome you to join our community of life designers!
Our SDGs
SDG 4: Quality Education - 4.4
A lot of teenagers do not have sufficient knowledge on both existing and future careers. Thus, here at Design Your life at 25, we provide guidance and resources to help teenagers plan out their futures, mainly by deciding their majors and first job
Since teenagers have a chance to plan out their ideal future, they can better prepare the skills needed and enjoy their work in the future at the same time.
SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth - 8.2, 8.5, 8.6, 8.b
After completing the program at Design Your Life at 25, teenagers will have all found out more about their respective careers. Therefore, they can now identify whether or not they still want to pursue this career. If they do, then that means they truly like the career and will be more likely to produce decent work.
SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrasructure - 9.2, 9.5

We introduce careers and provide advice to let them seek for new evolving careers that match them.
SDG 17: Partnerships For the Goals - 17.6, 17.7

Through partnering with different organizations, we can help reach other more teenagers and let them receive more insights. Moreover, we can also invite more professionals around the world by partnering with different organizations (especially overseas) and help more teenagers understand more about careers and their futures.
